Great team of movers, worked quickly and managed to pack everything accordingly to ensure maximum efficiency. Joe was great with correspondence prior to the move date to make sure everything would go smoothly on my move date. Definitely would recommend and use again.

Even though they were late by an hour the job was great and things moved well, however I didnt use them for the full time of 2hr as schduled, everything was done in just an hr.
Please let me know if i still need to pay the full amount? They arrived at 1:45pm and was done by 2:37 pm

The guys did a great job. Sean and Benjamin were patient and very helpful. Worked and really helped me into my 3rd floor apartment without any complaints or damages to my items. I would recommend.

First off, I would like to mention that I did not initially book with these gentlemen, as the original company Alpha Moving were no shows. However, the two gentlemen who showed up to complete this move were recommended by HireAHelper and came and completed the last things that were left on the truck. The owner was not very talkative and came to complete the job, but the other gentleman was clearly under the influence and kept begging for a 5-star rating and a $100 tip a piece; which he asked for several times, in addition to attempting to hit on one of the neighbors who was standing in the parking garage. Alongside the unprofessionalism displayed by this gentleman, they broke my headboard and tried to blame it on the glue when it is clear that they were dragging it instead of picking it up appropriately. I will NEVER use them again and am waiting on HireAHelper to open to call and make a formal complaint; I am pissed about my furniture.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have boxes packed, items organized, and walkways clear before the crew arrives. It also helps to label boxes, separate fragile items, and let us know about any heavy, oversized, or delicate furniture ahead of time. If there are elevators, stairs, parking rules, or building requirements, customers should have those details ready so we can work safely and efficiently
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local moves, apartment moves, house moves, office moves, storage unit moves, POD/container loading and unloading, truck loading and unloading, furniture rearranging, and last-minute moving jobs. We are experienced with both small and larger moves and always focus on getting the job done carefully and professionally.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover is helping customers during an important and sometimes stressful time. I enjoy making the process easier, seeing the customer satisfied, and knowing that we helped protect their belongings and get them settled into their new place. Moving is hard work, but it feels good to provide a service people truly need.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members have at least 2–3 years of prior moving or packing experience before working with us. We make sure every mover understands proper lifting techniques, safe handling, furniture protection, truck loading, packing, and how to work efficiently without rushing or damaging items. We also train our crew on customer service, communication, being respectful inside the customer’s home, and following special instructions.
