Our two guys knocked it out of the park! They wrapped the larger items and packed our trailer in less then two hours. We drove half way across the country and when we unloaded nothing was damaged. Excellent job, we highly recommend Hire A Helper and will use them again.

Absolutely in love with the service I received from these guys. I was moving a mere 30min from my old apartment to my new and was utilizing friend's vehicles to get all of my stuff transported. Because my furniture is heavy, I didn't want my friends responsible for carrying it up the stairs at the new place.
I hired Moving Made Simple LLC for two guys in a two hour window so that they could unload and carry it all up the stairs. They had wonderful communication, they showed up with a 3-man crew (at no charge), and they unloaded and staged everything in 30min flat!
Seriously made my stress levels plummet. Couldn't have asked for a better group. Will use them again in future for sure.

They were several hours late. Marie, with their office never returned my many frantic phone calls. Crews were switched and nobody every informed me. The movers did not have furniture straps and did not listen well. They managed to wedge a refrigerator into a doorway, where it was stuck for an extended period.
Been waiting more than 3 months to repair the damages (was told it would take 7-10 days for the parts to come in). Today, I have been stood up yet another time by someone whom is suppose to make repairs. Marie, the contact for the company, cannot be reached. I am stuck with damaged items.

Crew did not show up -after 41/2 hours some drunk dude called barely coherent and said he was on his way- we told him no thanks we had already done the work ourselves!!!!! Called the company several times earlier to see where our crew was. Only got voicemail never a real person. I would never EVER recommend this company!??????????????????????????

Giving the fact that it was 100 degrees outside and there was only 3 guys helping I kinda understand, but the guys did not load my truck right and they didn't wrap all my important valuables so I'm not too pleased with the way they loaded my stuff . My stuff in the moving truck was loaded very unorganized so I suggest if you use these guys to stay on them to make sure you make them load your property right!

I set the move up with them 5 weeks before the move. The day of the move I called them 2 hours before the start time to make sure that they would be there and all I got was voice mail. The move time was noon when they had not gotten there by 12:55 I called again and only got VM again. I called Hire a Helper and they were great about trying to get ahold of Moving Made Simple and told me if they could not get them there they would try and find some one else. Moving Made Simple finely got there at 2:50 and we had to be out of the apt by 5:00. It put a lot of extra work and stress on us. The 2 man who showed up did a good job but I would not use Moving Made Simple again!
