The movers were exactly on time, and prepared for the job. They were very nice and worked hard. However, they didn't manage time well and rushed the last portion. I had to re-pack it. They did not seem to know how to pack a truck for a cross-country move! I had to ask them multiple times to wrap wooden chairs, a bookcase, and a dresser with moving blankets (that I provided). Even then, they only draped the furniture in the blankets, and did not securely wrap and tape them. Also, they did not read the labels on the boxes, and packed heavy boxes on top of boxes labeled "FRAGILE drinking glasses". Overall, I would say they are for in-town moves, but not for cross-country or long-distance moves.
