They did not bring any moving equipment and they did not finish the job.
Our crew worked diligently on one of the hottest days of the month under challenging conditions, including a very long walk from the container to your apartment through the complex and up multiple flights of stairs. The layout and distance significantly increased the time required to complete the unload—factors that were outside of our control.
Your reservation was for a 3-hour move. As that time was coming to an end, we discussed the progress with you and the option to continue the job with additional billable time. You chose not to extend the move, and at your direction, our crew concluded the service at the end of the scheduled time.
Regarding the comment about moving equipment, our crew arrived with the equipment they determined was appropriate for the job. We strive to provide every customer with professional, hardworking service, and we appreciate the effort our team put forth under difficult conditions.
