Arrived late (over an hour after the truck, which was contracted separately for the same time), but made the situation right by adding an additional laborer free of charge. Once the laborers arrived, they worked hard despite the heat and were attentive to my directions.

These guys were machines! They called and confirmed their ETA. When they arrived they were ready to go. I needed furniture removed from the home and a tightly packed POD unloaded. The guys were on it. Lots of heavy boxes and massive heavy furniture was a piece of cake for them. I highly recommend J & J.

The guys who showed up were great, however they arrived 2 hours later than booked and didn’t call to let me know they were running late.

Rained the day that they were supposed to move my furniture into a pod. Rescheduled till next day no problem. I wrapped some of my furniture myself but my back went out so I didn't wrap the bigger stuff. I had wrap , tape ,moving blankets and cardboard cut for the corners. They did use any of it except when I pleaded and then it was just draped over the pieces. I was assured that they have been doing 16 years and they know better. Pod was picked up to the sound of glass breaking. I'll have to wait a month to find out how bad the damage is.

A customer should be prepared for moving day with a clear description and instructions of what is being moved, clear pathways to get the job done, packed boxes ready to go if the customer didn't ask for packing services, and a positive attitude.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our company has handled moves that are long-distance, Doctor's offices, office moves, apartments moves, pods loading/unloading, flight of stairs moves, ABF Trucks Moves, loading/ unloading, packing services, and assembling of furniture, fans installations, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is being fortunate to help people who are not able of doing the moving on their own, helping people who are disabled or elderly and not able to do the job. Helping the community and single-family homes.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our crew members how to load and unload trucks the proper way, where items don't move or break, to utilize all the space in the truck, pod, etc. for all of the customer's items, how to take care of the customer's belongings, by wrapping and using the proper equipment to prevent any damages to any of the customers belongings, and lastly to be respectful and serious when it comes to our customer services and our company's name.
