This team is so amazing to work with. Jason was great at helping set up my move and staying in contact throughout the whole process. Jude and Dustin were on time and ready to go as soon as I pulled up with the moving truck. They worked really hard the entire time to get everything into the correct areas while being careful with the new house and my belongings. I would definitely recommend South Bound Moving to anyone needing movers in the St. Augustine area.

Communication was excellent regarding when they would arrive and they were on time and immediately went to work. Friends had loaded a pod for me after my house flooded in Hurricane Nicole and when they finished I realized that my passport was packed. I was traveling abroad in 2 weeks so I decided unloading the pod and finding the box with my passport was easier than getting a replacement. They unloaded, found the box with my passport, and reloaded the pod in one hour!
I will definitely hire them when it is time to unload that pod!

This team was wonderful! They were able to move my date up after my closing date was moved up. They arrived when they said they would arrive. They were very pleasant, they were very cautious when unloading the pod and making sure they didn’t scratch any of my walls. They worked very hard. I highly recommend them.

Jason and Mack were awesome! They were accommodating when organizing our loading plan, they showed up exactly when they said they would and began working immediately. They worked very well together and took extra care with my glass furniture. They were helpful when I was trying to move some heavy wood and and taking some furniture pieces apart. They did go over the time by an hour and a half which is the only reason why I gave them less than excellent rating.

They did an excellent job fitting everything in securely and treated our furniture and other belongings with care. They even provided furniture pads which I had neglected to get prior to the move date. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

On the moving day, customers shall expect us to be there on time and ready to do whatever they ask us to do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
When it comes to loading they should have all moving supplies to make everything easier and quicker. A customer should have their boxes taped and labeled ready to go. If a customer wants their furniture padded and wrapped be sure to have plenty of wrap and pads and we will surely cover them for you.

We have handled any type of move; small or big we do it. We do local or long distance. We do jobs that last all day or even days. We can go to homes, apartments, condos, schools, offices or even industrial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making things possible for the customer and seeing a smile on their faces upon completion.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained with an experienced mover on the job; after see that they are capable of picking up heavy boxes and able to pick up heavy items like dressers and couches without hesitation and listening to all the tips we give them, they may then be hired.
