First, this company rescheduled due to weather and put it at 8am, which was the same time the pod was supposed to be delivered. The guys started removing items from the pod at 8:30, and at 10, with the pod still half full, told me they had to leave. Now I’m stuck with no one to remove the remaining items, and I called to ask, and the person I talked to on the phone didn’t try to help and said she would just say they finished. It took approx 60 minutes to load the pod from the first two people who had to go up and downstairs to put it in, and this time, I got left high and dry. I would not recommend using this service.

They showed up on time and worked the butt off. It was an awesome experience. I will be using them allot. They cleared the house which had 4 refrigerators, multiple couch’s, chairs, cabinets, etc.
They were very polite and professional. If I knew I could hire this kind of help I could have Sven myself allot of body aches.
