I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the moving service provided on 08/25/2026. The service I received was entirely unacceptable, and I am requesting a formal review and resolution. The team arrived late and was unprofessional throughout the process. Upon arrival, the driver attempted to change our agreed-upon terms by pressuring me to sign a new contract for three workers at $45.00 per hour each. I refused, as my existing contract clearly stated I hired two workers for four hours, with any additional time billed at $140.00 per hour. Consequently, the driver sat in the truck the entire time, leaving only two young workers to complete the move. The move, which involved transferring the contents of one 16-foot and one 8-foot POD container to my home, took an excessive 7.5 hours due to frequent breaks and a lack of effort. Furthermore, the workers were rude, a severe language barrier made communication impossible, and they repeatedly complained about the items being too heavy. Most concerningly, the movers damaged several pieces of my property and scratched my brand-new flooring. Given the breach of our original agreement, the unprofessional behavior, and the property damage, I would never hire them again or recommend them to my friends or family. They are very rude, unprofessional. In total they were horrible workers.

I thought it was an expensive service since I ended payment double the price that they quoted for me. Anyway, if you are looking for people who are reliable and hardworking, they are the ones you should hire.

Challenging to work with. Would add charges that were not necessary like adding a third person, charging for 4 hours instead of 2. They would call afterwards and ask for money to be Zelled. They threw a moisture wicking container full of water and chemicals in the top of an open box to cover everything with the sticky substance. Would not use again.
