Avoid This Company at All Costs
I rarely write reviews like this, but my adjustable bed base— which cost more than $2,000—just collapsed in the middle of the night, and it was my final straw.
This company disassembled several of my belongings during my move, but failed to keep track of the hardware. The screws for my $500 desk are missing. The hardware for my Peloton is missing. My TV’s power cord and mounting screws are missing. Now, the head of my adjustable bed base has collapsed.
The movers who unloaded my pod into my new apartment were genuinely appalled by the condition in which everything had been packed and disassembled. They asked who had handled my move because they couldn’t believe it. They were unable to reassemble my desk, Peloton, bed, or TV mount because the necessary screws and hardware were nowhere to be found. My desk and Peloton are still sitting in pieces on the floor.
The day after this company packed my belongings, I specifically contacted them to ask where all the hardware had been placed. I was told it was “in a box.” I have now unpacked every box, and it is not here.
This was not an inexpensive service. I paid a premium price and was left with multiple costly belongings that are unusable—and now a serious safety issue with my bed. I am writing this review in the middle of the night because I no longer even have a safe bed to sleep in.
If you are hiring someone to pack or move your belongings, choose anyone but this company. My experience has been expensive, stressful, unsafe, and completely unacceptable.

Jon "the mover" and Ya Ya (sp?) were astounding and far exceeded expectations. They were on time. Not a second was wasted in the move: They were expeditious and efficient, making every cubic inch of the container work. If there were a 10 star I would give it. So 5++++++++++ star! I would/will definitely recommend, refer.

We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
