We had them move the contents of a storage POD into our new place, no extras and they did a good job, no issues, no worrisome crashing sounds. I'd hire them again. We didn't have them unpack or arrange anything, so I can't speak to that, but I have no reason to think they wouldn't do a good job with that as well.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done all types.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting and helping customers moving day go as easy as possible. I truly care about your home and belongings.

What training do you provide your crew members?

I personally train and make sure they give the best customer service.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
