So I had to unpack my entire unit because the things I told them I needed access to were scattered all over the place. I then discover they broke a number of items (including an industrial steam cleaner that was thrown onto my very expensive sofa that they removed the cover from completely). I’ve used a number of movers in the city and this was not the best experience. I won’t be using again. Jonathan, however, who I believe owns the company was wonderful to communicate with which is why I’m not giving a lower rating. His guys however didn’t treat my things with care.

Nice guys. At first moved quite quickly. What was a bit frustrating was that I asked to have certain things left in the front of my storage unit because I needed access to them, those things are buried in the middle and now I need to unload and reorganize the entire storage unit to gain access to those items (including moving large furniture). I also had a cover on my very expensive couch and looks like they put it into the storage unit uncovered - no idea where that is. They moved everything in within the allotted time and communication with the owner at booking was excellent.

Absolutely, would rehire any day! Respectful, on time and definitely prepared for the job. They were very open to things that were important to me. I had one item that needed special care and they handled it appropriately. Amazing pack job! They have great spatial vision, getting in as much as possible but, not compromising on the care of your items.

Well done guys! Arrived one-time. Had their equipment ready and began doing what they do best, helping you move! For my case this is second or third POD container they helped me unload. I tend to do most of the small stuff myself, but they are the heavy lifters. I will definitely use them again in the future! Gracias, guys!
