We hired TO Movers with a sense of hesitation because moving companies are so much work. Admin and Managers are hard to work with, movers are tricky and you can always expect someone slacking. OUR experience with TO Movers was so good and very pleasant. Yorman & Wilfredo were easy going but when it came to it they worked their A$$ off. Hector who was in charge of our move was on top of our move appropriately reaching out and actually having a conversation with me instead of making us feel like our conversation was forced vs he was interested in getting to know us and form a trust. I sincerely have no problems recommending TO Movers.
We completely understand the hesitation that can come with hiring a moving company, which is why your words mean so much to our entire team. Our goal is not only to move your belongings safely and efficiently, but also to make the entire experience as smooth, comfortable, and stress-free as possible.

Excellent experience with TO Movers LLC! The owner Hector was an excellent communicator every step of the way - always prompt to respond, polite, and even gave us advice with our move. We had an unforeseen situation after our movers arrived and needed to change the date of our move - they were extremely respectful, cooperative, and flexible to make sure they would be available for our new date. The movers themselves were extremely hardworking (despite the heat) and diligent, treated our belongings like their own, and always came to help if I tried to move something on my own. Highly recommend and will use again for future moves/needs!

One of the guys on the moving team was unprofessional and complained about the placement of my POD (which I had no control over as there was limited space at the time of delivery) and said they couldn’t do the job. He then said “since we are already here we are going to do it”. He also made comment about PODS team, mentioning that they don't have to move the **** like they do. I also noticed that some of my belongings came up missing. I would not recommend this moving service.

While the placement of the POD presented some challenges due to the limited space available, our team completed the job because we are committed to helping our customers even in difficult circumstances. However, we understand that certain remarks may have been perceived negatively, and that is not the level of professionalism we strive to provide.
Regarding the missing belongings, we are very concerned to hear this. No such issue was reported to us after the move, and we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the matter directly and investigate any specific items that you believe are missing.

In fact, because the POD was located approximately a 10-minute walk from your apartment, our team voluntarily used our own vehicle to transport items back and forth. This initiative significantly reduced the overall time required to complete your move and was provided at no additional charge. We chose to do this solely to make the process easier and more efficient for you. However, we understand that certain remarks may have been perceived negatively, and that is not the level of professionalism we strive to provide.
