They did an excellent job in the 2 hour window and fit everything into the pod. Great work and I'd hire them again.

Movers were fantastic. Policies are too stringent. We were estimated and charged for 4 hours. Meanwhile, the move took 1 hour and 40 minutes.
They wouldn’t budge and charged the full four hours. If it weren’t for the lack of flexibility, we’d be suggesting it to everyone who asks for move assistance. But that was a financial hit and upsetting that there wasn’t any wiggle room in cutting the hours down from 4 to 2.

I debated before giving this rating. I decided on 2 stars because they technically did the job requested and showed up with the necessary equipment, but the experience was dreadfully unsatisfactory. The movers chipped furniture, disregarded crucial assembly instructions despite our protests (they may have permanently destroyed our bed), and they took 2 hours MORE than what was reasonable given the weather conditions at the time. Do not hire this company if you care about your furniture, time, or sanity.
