Great communication. On time. Got started right away as in 6 minutes after arrival my PACKRAT containers were starting to be filled up. Had four movers and every one of them was super nice and contributed just as much as the others for the entire job.

If I could give a 10-star rating, I absolutely would! We had an incredible experience with Top Shelf, and their service is truly unparalleled. They had to move heavy furniture and several heavy boxes, making nearly 10 trips over a half-mile distance between our U-Pack ReloCube and our apartment in the summer heat. They came fully prepared, respected all of our apartment building's rules, and handled every single item with the utmost care, placing everything exactly where we wanted it. I highly recommend Top Shelf to anyone looking for moving assistance, and I will definitely be using them again in the future!
