I changed the initial time to a day earlier; this was confirmed, then no one showed and I was waiting in my bare apartment for over a half hour. The guy I spoke to when I called to complain, said there was some kind of mixup, and did get two movers to come over immediately. They did an excellent job.

Two movers showed up on time, and were ready to get to work upon their arrival. We scheduled two hours to empty a 16 ft container from Pack Rat, and they completed the job efficiently and were done in the 2 hour time. They were respectful, helpful and understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone moving in the area.

These guys are pros. We hired them to unload our large 20ft uhaul truck into our new house and two guys did it in two hours. GREAT service; they were fast, friendly and super strong lol. Seriously, I was worried they wouldn't be able to take our really heavy pottery barn dresser up the stairs and they lifted it like it was nothing. I would hire again.

On moving day we like to be prompt and get right to work. We can often be flexible around changing schedules, as trucks and closing dates often have changes or delays.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To prepare for moving day, make sure you have enough furniture pads, straps or rope, equipment/tools, etc. We provide some of these things, make sure to communicate with your movers about what is included and what you need to provide.

We handle internal moves (relocating some items within the house), local, long distance, office moves, pods, containers, trucks, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love being a mover because we meet a lot of interesting people. From football stars to your friendly neighbor next door, we meet lots of new and interesting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each of our crew have over a decade of experience in the industry. We are a small group and keep it small on purpose, we don’t expand and hire more movers for more jobs, we keep it small to ensure top quality service, over quantity of jobs / crews working.
