We had to find this company quickly due to another company who didn't show up. They get a 5 star review for showing up, communicating their arrival time coming from over an hour away and from another job. They worked hard, were strong, and attentive to us and our belongings. Our POD was full, and hopefully not overfull. It was packed tight, and did hit the door at the end. We are hopeful that we don't have trouble when it arrives at our new home. They could use more tiedowns and finesse, but I know they want to keep moving. Since we don't have high end furniture, we weren't looking for the best, but we wanted it done with muscle. These guys did just that, and I'm happy they helped us out.

The crew was great and most accommodating as we had a last minute problem with the delivery of the pod and they came out and did some preliminary moving and were able to come back later that evening when the pod got delivered and finish the job. They stayed until the job was finished which was almost 8 pm, and they were great at making everything fit. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
