William was great at communication before time and staying in touch about the date and time of arrival. They arrived promptly. They were not very efficient in that they carried one box at a time and did not use a handcart. Carrying boxes to a handcart at the bottom of the apartment stoop and then using the handcart with multiple boxes on it to the Pod would have been more efficient than how it was done. Not sure how much experience they had with packing a Pod. The city service pod driver commented a few times afterwards that they did not load the Pod in the most effective way.

They did a very good job they work very efficiently very smoothly, it just took much more time than anticipated. But that is something they could not help. They were not lazy they worked hard. I would recommend them.
