They have some hard stairs to come down and did it very well. I wish I had let them move a few small things over to that I still have to go across the street. But they actually remove some of the smaller things and that was good. I'm glad they got a little bonus with leftover time because that was not an easy thing to do.

The movers showed up on time but dropped a nightstand and completely destroyed it then used a mallet to try and whack it back into place. I now have to throw out the nightstand because it’s horribly butchered and unusable. They didn’t even tell me that they dropped it and just hid it in the corner! When I saw the damage while unpacking, a friend that showed up an hour into the move said the mover mentioned it to him.

I'm grateful this company was available to do my move in the midst of the pandemic. I was impressed with the speed and effort of the two guys who showed up for the move within the promised time window. I was not impressed with the communication leading up to it - I was not contacted by the company and I felt unsure if they were coming until I got a response by phone the day before. (I'm hoping that the lack of communication was somehow related to the pandemic.)
I was moving down the street in South Philly, so no truck loading was required. The guys did a decent job of quickly hauling furniture-only items out of the old place and up two flights of stairs to the new place. I am pleased with their work and would consider using them again.

Very pleased with the job done by the two men who came to load my van and also my brother's van. They were on time, courteous, and did a great job packing the vehicles for a safe move. In spite of the fact that I ended up with a blown tire on the rental vehicle, my belongings arrived in good shape. I highly recommend this team!
