Joe, the owner of Family Movers, is professional and works tirelessly when on the job. His company unloaded a 16 foot PACKRAT steel container for us in Malvern and really tore it up, finishing in two hours. The attitude tells the story - Joe and his company want to do an excellent job and they make sure that you are satisfied. I highly recommend Family Movers.

Great guys and so helpful. They were our third set of movers and they were finally able to get our treadmilldownstairs. They also were able to put together a desk and other guys couldn't. So great, we will use then again

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, GREAT SERVICE AND VERY RELIABLE!!! Joe and his friend were great. They were very professional and polite. They worked in 95 degree heat and loaded all our furniture and boxes in very timely manner. Also, Joe did great job packing everything right in the container so it take less space..

They were scheduled to come between 9-10 and they arrived @ 9:40.
These 2 gentlemen worked tirelessly in over 90° heat for
4 hours without stopping.
They were very respectful to me as their client, and took great care in ensuring my items were packed safely & arrived all in one piece.
They put everything exactly where I wanted them..

They arrived on time. Clean cut. Polite and friendly. Handled the furniture with great care. Expert loading! Couldn't believe they were able to fit everything in the truck! Exuded great patience and skill. Very hard working and professional. Would recommend very highly. Thanks so much! We couldn't have done it ourselves.

They did a great job. They had a window to arrive between 2-3 and they arrived at 2:15. They called in advance so i would know when they would arrive. Very nice and respectful with my things. They packed the truck extremely tight to reduce shifting during transit. Hire a helper held the money until i advised the work was completed to my satisfaction. I was very satisfied with the service and would use these guys again.
