They did show up 3 hours past the window- without no prior notification. When they arrived they were efficient and hard working. If they were on time I would give another star.

Lucas moving was overall good, and a lot of the issue we had was not their fault. They were upset that we didn’t have a third mover, but I only did what we were recommended by Hire a Helper. I understand they were hot and overworked, but their attitudes definitely displayed that. Made me feel pretty guilty. I just believe Hire a Helper needs to be more careful of how many people to hire, I can’t believe they said “recommended 4 people” on the receipt when that was never told to me! They were also not very careful with my stuff, so I really hope it’s not damaged. Again, more of a reflection of the situation because of how tired they were. Good people overall, would recommend.
