Absolutely incredible service. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very informative on arrival time and managed to pack the truck with everything. Mind blown how good it was!

The people at Lucas were perfect and instrumental in making my move as smooth as can be. They worked with me when my arrival time changed abruptly and were ready to unload my truck as soon as I arrived. They unloaded everything quickly and carefully. I hope to use Lucas moving in all my future moves.

I had a positive experience with the folks who moved my belongings. Polite, hardworking, engaging, and an overall good experience!
The only reason I did not rate my experience as 5 stars is because my entertainment center was accidentally dropped (which I heard and later confirmed due to the relatively minor damage) but I was not informed of it. That said, it really did seem like a genuine mistake.
When hiring a moving company in the future, I may try another one to see if I had a better experience, but I would absolutely be willing to use hire-a-helper again. Thank y'all for your help!

The movers themselves were very nice people. This is no reflection of them. The price was beyond outrageous for the service. The service took 2 hours and I was charged for 4. Also being recommended by pods would leave me to believe the movers would have a lot of experience loading in small areas. Multiple times they had to take things out bc they left the big items for last. I don’t like how you’re not refunded for unused time. My final thought is the price was NOT worth the service provided. I feel like I was ripped off. I will not use your services again.
