I just went through a cross-country move with a moving pod. Upon delivery they provide a window but I didn’t know if it would line up with the timing for Lucas Movers and some other parameters. Lucas called me personally to make sure I had the help I needed and kept in close contact the whole time. My movers showed up incredibly fast after my pod arrived. The movers were 2 young guys who were very professional, communicative, and STRONG. My whole pod was moved into 3 separate floors in just a couple of hours. They were also very careful with our belongings and in the house to not scratch or bump anything. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

They sent two crews at the end of the day but the two crews were so tired of moving stuffs because they worked since 6am so that they don't have energy to complete the job leaving so must stuffs unfinished. Please don't schedule like that if they don't have energy.

We don’t open for business until 7am no mover is out working at 6am that information your imputing is incorrect.
Next you had three pods two movers for 3hours that’s 48 feet of storage container your expecting 2 people to get completed an you had four floors in your home as well sitting up an assemble all five beds in 3 hours. You was informed at the start of the move you was going to need more movers or more time you refuse to take my advice. Once your three hour mark approach you was politely ask if you wanted the movers to finish up the job or did you wanna stop at the three hours you said stop the movers stayed for free an extra hour making sure all your belongings was in your home that was outside of the pod.
Only thing that was left to do was setting up all beds and clearing the garage.
