The absolute worst. Rushed the entire job. The owner & employee engaged in a 30 minute + screaming and cursing match in my house and in the street outside. I had to pay for 3.5 hours when they were only there for 2. They damaged wood floors and walls when moving furniture and I had to pay for repair prior to sale/settlement of the home. I just received my POD only to discover all the kitchen boxes clearly labeled "Fragile" were shoved in the back corner in the bottom under large furniture and rubber bins. 1/2 of all dishes and glasses broke in transit. Every piece of furniture had some type of damage due to how they were packed. Broken leg, scratches, punctures. Incredibly frustrated. I did provide blankets, bungy cords and ratchet straps to protect & secure everything properly. Some items are irreplaceable and have family sentimental values from my late mother & grandparents. Not only was the service the day of packing unacceptable, but I paid $500 for a service that was a recommended "POD professional packer" The amount of damage is ridiculous and I am seeking refund and reimbursement for not only the services but for the damages as well.

A great crew of 3 men worked hard to quickly load a 2 bedroom apartment equivalent. They were very respectful when moving furniture to ensure they did not mark the walls and wiped their feet to ensure they did not track dirt inside. They did an excellent job loading the truck to ensure the load would not shift during transportation. Everything arrived I would definitely use them again in the future.
