They worked hard getting the furniture out of the apartment on a very hot and humid day, but they did a very poor job loading the truck. I was alone during the move, so was not able to observe most of what was happening. Several pieces of furniture were damaged in the move, but we did not find it out until we unloaded the truck a week later.
We had rented two dozen furniture pads, but we found that only about half of them were used to protect the furniture in the truck - the remainder were tossed in a pile, unused. A table top that had been placed unsecured on top of a pile of furniture was badly scratched. Shelving that was laid on its side unprotected on the floor of the truck was scraped and dinged. An antique dresser was only partially covered with a pad, and the front of it scraped against the wall of the truck. Boxes marked "glass" and "fragile" were on the bottom of piles of heavy boxes. A heavy trunk loaded last was badly scratched by the truck door hinges.
I would not use them again.
