They were great! I got several confirmation calls and I was able to have any questions that I had answered. We were driving from a California and we arrived early and they showed up early. When they arrived everything went smoothly and they did a great job!

I had no idea this company even existed until I found them online and OMG. I booked the entire move online, the young men showed up on time, they stayed longer than I had booked with no complaints, they did a great job and I highly recommend this company. It's very hard to find labor today and this company has a very good business model in that their workers are responsible and courteous. Two thumbs up for sure.

Both of my workers were very courteous. Were on time as promised. Did everything we asked of them.I was very happy with their work. Were very careful of all of our belongings. Woud definitely hire them again. The only thing I would suggest is that they should always come with a few tools. ie, box cutters, plyers and screwdrivers. Luckily I had these. Even so it was wonderful experience.

I used Hire a Helper to help me unload a Uhaul at two different locations in Phoenix on the same day. The process of unloading with the 2 helpers that were sent went smoothly. I have no complaints about that. The two men that they sent were courteous and efficient. The process of getting them there & dealing with the supervisor was another story. When you sign up for Hire a Helper, you request a certain day and a 2 hour window for them to be there. The 2 hour window that I requested was between 8 & 10 a.m. and it was not honored. When I called that morning & spoke to the supervisor he told me they could not come until between 2 & 4 p.m. I was not happy at all about that as my day of unpacking was now shot. 2:30 rolls around & I call the supervisor back to get an estimate of when they would be there. He replies: "I don't know, let me call my movers & I'll call you "right back". That call back never came. 3:45 rolls around & I call the supervisor back and ask what the deal is. "You said you would call me right back & you never did". His reply, "I was just going to call you but you beat me to it. They will be there at 4:30." Now 2 time slots have not been honored. I was pretty unhappy at this point, to say the least!!
The only reason I even give a 4 star is due to the fact that the movers, once there, did an excellent job. Regarding getting what you signed up for, I give it a 2 star. My time is more valuable than that!! Would I use them again, absolutely not! The supervisor called me back after all was finished and had the nerve to ask me not to put a bad review on their site. This shows his integrity. NONE!!

I would definitely recommend Elite Staffing for moving labor help. They were early, made sure to find me and they did the job is less than the time allotted. Very professional and I would definitely use them again!
