We had a lot of things broken one of the helpers kept on dropping things very poor service felt rushed by the manager. Greg was pushing us I felt Rush by him

Hi Karen, I'm sorry to hear about damage to your belongings. Our team said, they did have a stack of boxes that fell off the dolly with no known damage as they were being rushed by you. We only unloaded your truck. It appears in the pictures, that our team took during the unload, show no blankets were used on the furniture, washer/dryer etc. in the loading process, which we did not do. We did our very best to give you a 5 star service, as this is our goal on every move. You had changed the date of your move a couple times, on short notice, due to your closing on your home. We had you scheduled on the day of your move for a 12-1pm arrival window. Our team called you in route, and arrived at 12:30pm. You arrived at 2:30pm while the crew waited for you. Realizing you had to have your truck returned by 5:00pm, we waited on site for you so we could get started ASAP. I called you twice to see where we were with the unloading, sorry you felt rushed by me, I only meant well for you. You finally got the key at 3:pm, and the team went to work right away, and finished the unloading within 2 hours. They were rushed by you to get the truck back. So I had a team on site for 3 hours and you were not charged for it. I don't know what else we could have done to try to accommodate your needs. Sorry you feel it was a poor service.

They were very careful, they wrapped the furniture with blankets and then shrink wrapped them. They put a blanket on the side of the front door so they would not bang the furniture or the door going in and out.
We will call them again to unload the PODS when we are ready to move into our new home. We would highly recommend them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

Our experienced crew members, time tested procedures and customer first attitude provide the framework for a successful move day for all.

What training do you provide your crew members?

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
