They were on time, totally prepared, and all worked hard to unload a 53' trailer on a really hot AZ day. They worked as a team and took care to make sure boxes and belongings ended up in the right rooms. Communication was great thought this process. I could have not done it without these guys. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a successful outcome.

We called at the last second on a Sunday to have two guys unload a moving truck Monday after realizing how heavy most of a furniture was. They were very quick to respond and get two amazing guys set up. We moved to a town several hours away and didn't realize that the driveway was so steep there was no way to get the uhaul up so every item had to be carried up that driveway!! Our two helpers showed up on time and called ahead and work incrediable fast and were so polite and respectful. The communication with this company was amazing. As a former district manager i am all about customer service and hard to impress but i was so pleased by how easy and helpful everyone was I have to give them nothing but high praise.

Great job helpers showed up early to assess what needed to be done. Extremely professional and did a great job moving the 400 pound dog house from garage to back yard with only two helpers and dealing with the heat. Will use them again. Will recommend them to friends.

The crew was amazing. On time, worked hard & would definitely hire them again. In addition, they were able to fit all my belongings into 2 reloCubes instead of 3, which saved me over $500. Great job!!

I wasn't at all pleased with the way they were handling my furniture. Sure enough they damaged my furniture, which was completely avoidable. They took the furniture outside to protect it which makes no sense. When I commented on how they wrapped plastic around my furniture without the blankets they told me that was extra because it took extra time. It doesn't take that much time to do that. Also, they just threw the stuff on the truck, the unpackers kept commenting on how poor of a job they did. I wouldn't use them again.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
