My experience started going downhill about one-third of the way through unloading my trailer. The two movers, Tyler and Elias, were pleasant young men and worked hard, but they clearly lacked the experience and care I expected from professional movers. I watched them throw heavy umbrella stands on top of boxes clearly marked FRAGILE. That was completely unacceptable.
I immediately called the supervisor, Steven, to the job site. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, he was dismissive and rude. He insisted he didn’t see anything wrong with how my belongings were being handled. I even showed him photos of how the California crew had originally packed my trailer—with incredible care, precision, and attention to detail like a perfectly assembled puzzle. Steven couldn’t have cared less.
Because of the movers’ inexperience, the job took significantly longer than estimated, forcing me to pay additional labor charges. Had experienced movers been assigned, the original time estimate would have been more than sufficient.
To make matters worse, they repeatedly ignored my instructions about which items were supposed to go into my rental and which belonged in my storage unit, creating unnecessary confusion and extra work for me.
The owner eventually showed up to “help,” but stayed for roughly 30 minutes before leaving. Considering the issues already taking place, I found that disappointing and unprofessional.
I want to be clear that Tyler and Elias were respectful, polite, and worked very hard. My frustration is not with their effort—it is with management for sending inexperienced movers, failing to supervise them properly, charging me more because of their inefficiency, and responding to legitimate concerns with arrogance instead of customer service.
I trusted this company with everything I own during a cross-state move, and they failed to meet even basic expectations for professionalism and care. I will never use this company again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for movers who will treat their belongings with the respect they deserve.

I had Steven and Cody pack a PackRat container. They communicated well pre-appointment, wrapped and stowed furniture carefully, and logically stacked the items to maximize the use of space. It was a huge help that I had room left over for adding those final items.

They were very helpful, worked hard, required little direction, and asked questions when in doubt as to where boxes or furniture should go.
