Crew was late but called to say they were stuck in traffic. Really threw our moving schedule off. They did not show any organizational skills for movers. We were not happy with the small amount they packed in the pod. They scratched the front door and put black marks on a loveseat. We also was not made aware of the $70.00 protection plan.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.

My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
