The movers arrived right on time, well prepared, and they worked diligently to unload my container, within the scheduled two-hour window. They worked quickly, but carefully, and were even able to help me assemble a computer chair that had been disassembled, for the move. I was very happy and I would recommend them, without hesitation.

I would not recommend these movers. I have used a different moving service in the area three separate times, having booked this through the Budget rental portal for convenience, and the difference was stark. The movers were quite slow and did not appear to be trying very hard, kept asking us to help with things and did not appear to have come prepared with basic equipment. One of the movers appeared to truly want to be anywhere else on earth but here. The movers BADLY damaged multiple door frames in the property I was renting, which will likely cost me hundreds of dollars. The movers also asked to set up phone charging and put around several beverages in my home. Mind you I do pay for that electricity.
Having moved during the COVID19 pandemic, I was also horrified when one of them brought their child, who clearly had a runny nose, into my apartment and onto my furniture (they swore the child was unsymptomatic but he was not).
I am happy to not live in the DFW area anymore, but if I did, I would certainly not use "Superior" again and would return to my previous provider.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
