They were on time and worked quickly. I wish they would have used more furniture pads on several of my pieces so that they didn't get as banged up. A few items were broken but most things arrived in good condition which I am thankful for.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform future customers about the importance of providing plenty of furniture pads. Items being shipped from one location to another are exposed to extreme amounts of friction. This is mostly caused by road conditions and the types of vehicles that are carrying the load. The only way to keep two surfaces from rubbing against each other is by placing furniture pads or furniture blankets between them. In some cases cardboard can be used. All pads must be provided by the customer as we cannot send our pads on one way moves. You can purchase pads at any large hardware store, moving store or purchase them from us with a 24 hour notice. What can a customer expect after booking with you?

You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.
