The two guys who came to help me unload my POD were amazing! Manny's communication was clear and consistent and he helped me untangle a problem that felt like a disaster. He is knowledgeable and reliable, and his crew was hardworking and easygoing. I'd recommend the company to anyone!

These were two conscientious workers who cared about the company they are working for and how they were making their customer (me) happy with the results.

They sent 2 guys, one was very helpful.
The other guy, however, was not so helpful
he tried to boss us around on where to park the truck
he tried to boss us around on what items to put on the truck
he couldnt carry anything to the truck without being out of breath and taking a few minutes to catch it. This happened ever time he carried anything.
Then after an hour he decides he needs a break, and proceeds to light up a cigarette. I dont pay people to smoke, and if you cant work for 2 hours without a cancer stick, maybe this job isnt for you.

Manny and his crew of two (Mike and Fred) were wonderful to work with. They were careful and efficient with all our belongings. We had a situation where we were moving our household from a Pod all the way from Oregon to a storage unit in Albuquerque and we were very unsure how the process worked. The POD company passed on Manny's info and we got in touch with him. From the beginning Manny took charge and we felt very in control of the process, we loved it. We would highly recommend Manny and his crew MIke and Fred they were awesome.
