We are disappointed to read this review because several of the statements made do not accurately reflect the service we provided.

Our crew successfully loaded all four U-Box containers within the scheduled two-hour service window, and we even stayed approximately 15 additional minutes to make sure the job was completed properly.

Regarding the claim that we arrived without tools and did not disassemble furniture: the only item that needed to be disassembled was a bed frame, and our crew disassembled it using our own toolbox.

As for plastic wrap, tape, straps, and other packing supplies, these materials are not included free of charge with the labor service. Packing supplies are an additional service/cost, which is clearly disclosed when the service is booked. Despite this, we handled and protected the furniture using the available furniture pads and loaded the items as safely as possible.

The dining table/chairs were positioned the way they were intentionally. In a U-Box, space is limited, and placing unnecessary weight on top of certain furniture can cause damage. The dining furniture was positioned to minimize pressure and protect it during transportation—not because our crew was simply using “brute strength.”

We also took the time to pack the televisions into their boxes and carefully load the customer's belongings.

We respect every customer's right to share their experience, including criticism. However, we also believe it is important to clarify the facts when a review gives an inaccurate impression of the work performed. Our crew completed four containers within the booked time, brought and used our own tools when disassembly was required, protected the furniture, packed the televisions, and stayed beyond the scheduled service time to finish the job.
