The crew were very respectful and they did work hard. I don't think they had all the supplies they needed: they did not have shrink wrap, and if they had tape, they ran out. They borrowed mine.
Two men took my treadmill apart. I am not sure why, because my husband and an employee got it in that room fully assembled. I found a few screws and little parts on the floor after the guys took the treadmill out.
Probably the biggest complaint I have is the dent/hole left in the hall wall when they moved the treadmill. I understand things happen in moves, but someone should have said something about that.

2 Vip movers assisted with a local move, loading and unloading heavy items (furniture, freezer box and fridge) for 3 hours. Movers arrived on time, immediately prepped their equipment (moving straps, dollies) and got to work. Started with a walk thru, decided on moving sequence - that was it! The moving truck was professionally loaded and good to go in about an hour. On the other end, same professionalism and efficiency - all we had to do is direct the pieces to their location. The movers were very careful with our items, no damage at all (to items and homes). Communication was good. This was the 3rd time I used VIP movers, and I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Overall, they did a very good job. They were on time and finished within the scheduled two hour window. They worked hard and were prepared for the job. Perhaps through inexperience, our two micro-suede chairs were wrapped in plastic when furniture blankets should have been put on first. As a result, the plastic wrap made abrasion marks in the arms of the chairs.

I have used VIP Movers twice now. Once to unload a pod and once to load a pod. They have done a great job both times. This most recent experience was to load a pod. The team was highly efficient, hard working, respectful, and nice. Communication was great. They were punctual. I hired them for 2 hours and finished loading the pod right at 2 hours. Highly recommend!
