This was an amazing service. They were very communicative and were incredibly skilled and experienced. I do not know how they turned a house full of boxes into a perfectly packed solid wall of stuff, but they saved us over $1,000 because they used so little of the trailer to pack our stuff. They were fast, professional, and personable. I would highly recommend Tip Top movers!

Marc and Mark were super nice and really respectful. They communicated when they would be here and they were here when they said. When they were unloading, it was quick and efficient. I would really recommend them for any move and we will certainly be calling for our next move.

This was a small easy move. Furniture only into a storage unit and they got my new couch dirty, and when I said something, they tried to hide what they did. They also didnt cover my dining room table well and dragged it on the floor. I said something then too.
The main guy was condescending.
This was a standard move that did not include plastic wrapping. We offer professional plastic wrapping for an additional $40.00, but this service was not selected. For moves without this service, customers are responsible for ensuring upholstered furniture is adequately protected before transport.
Regarding the dining room table, the customer provided a few small moving blankets that were not large enough to fully protect the tabletop. Rather than moving it without sufficient protection, we paused the move and waited while the customer provided a towel so the tabletop could be properly covered. This demonstrates our commitment to protecting our customers' belongings. At no point was the table dragged across the floor.
As for the couch, it never came into direct contact with the ground during the move. It was transported using a furniture dolly that was itself covered to help protect the furniture. The approximate 3-inch mark referenced by the customer was located on the bottom corner of the couch in an area that would not have come into contact with the ground or moving equipment during transport, even though the couch was not wrapped in protective plastic.
At the conclusion of the move, the customer appeared satisfied with the services provided and voluntarily tipped our crew. While we understand that opinions can change after the fact, this interaction reflected a positive experience at the time the move was completed.
