I hired 2 guys for 2 hrs and they were great! They were on time 2. If lived in nj I would request them again

They were nice but they did a lot of damage to the walls with zero regard for the paint and even took chunks of drywall out in some places.

I jad movers scheduled on 2 separate days. The first crew started staging things for day 2. We were expecting the same movers on day 2, but different movers arrived and had no idea what the previous movers had planned. Made for a lot of wasted time.

Mover's response:

We completed the moves for this client on both days within the time frame he requested us for. No additional time was needed. Very confused as to what the issue was. Our team was very efficient and communicated with each other.

The two movers arrived on time (actually a little bit early). They were contracted for 2 hours, but they completed everything I asked them to do in about an hour.
They were respectful and even adjusted the way they loaded the pod based on my feedback along the way. I will definitely plan to use them again when I need to unload!

I reviewed my reservation with the company twice. Confirmed the address twice. Yet they showed up at my house. And I have no idea how because they were never given my address. So the drivers ended up being late and I was not able to return my truck on time. I left a message with the company and he never called me back. I will never book hire a helper again.

Mover's response:

As stated by client we confirmed twice prior to her move date all of the information. Once a few days before and once the day before. We even offered in assisting removing the tow hitch from her truck. On the day of she asked if we were able to arrive earlier than the scheduled time and we could not due to other moves. There was no mention of a different address than what was on her booking. The client booked us for three to four p.m. arrival window. We arrived at 3 however because it was a different address than what was on her order we then had to drive to a storage (never mentioned prior) and arrived at 3:25pm. She wanted everything unloaded by 4:30pm and we managed to do so and take the tow hitch off by 4:45pm. Unsure as to why we got such low remarks when we arrived on time and finished within her two hour window.
