One of two people sent worked, but my husband outworked them both. We have moved 3 times in 2 years and my husband has moved us solely alone furniture and all. I was trying to help him this time, by hiring help, but the irony of this move was it was the easiest (no stairs, no appliances, etc) wasted money on our end, and $ on high end. I will say it was a last minute request, so they did get someone out.
I don’t understand what the point of being aggressive on the review is but it’s very unfortunate after we provided last minute professional service. Especially when they were joking and laughing with crew members throughout. Saying that we were wasted money after we completed the job 10days ago is an insult to us and to Hireahelper. We provide nothing but five star service and this is only the 7th time (615 reviews) in our 10 years on this platform we have received a 2 star review.

Arrived 15 minutes after time window due to their previous move job. Understandable. Nice and courteous. Worked very hard and quickly and got things done in an hour without any damage. Would definitely hire again!!!
