They were not on time because apparently their previous job went over time. A timely call from the company would have been helpful to advise me of the delay. I had to call. I'm sure they had the tools for assembling furniture. One of them asked if I had tools and used my cordless drill. They worked very hard and were always respectful of property, goods, and me. Yes, I would use them again.

Top Shelf Movers were a lifesaver for my move! They were on time and got to work right away. They were professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. On top of all that, they were nice, friendly guys! When we got to my new second floor apartment with a tight, narrow staircase, they tried extremely hard to figure out how to get my couch up the stairs. It was a very hot day and they did not stop! They were very quick and finished ahead of schedule. We had 20 minutes left in our booked time slot after they were finished and they even asked if there was anything else we needed. I would absolutely hire Top Shelf movers again!
