I was planning to give them 5 stars but due to the unprofessional way of handling one issue, I gave them 3. They did a good job in moving our stuff to PODS but they forgot to bring rope to add in PODS container. they promised to come back in few hours with rope and fix the container but they never showed up once the job is completed. I called next day too but they stopped taking our calls and never called us back.

Made the most of the little trailer space I had for my move. Took great care of my items. Everything arrived at the destination end just as it was loaded. Very freindly and professional. Highly recommend!

I would not use them again. They seemed like helping me was a bother. Did not listen to my instruction and got huffy when they had to move things twice.

I was looking for movers as a single lady who has moved 17 times in her life and knows her stuff. Jake from Immaculate Movers called me the day after I booked online to confirm everything, which was awesome and appreciated. Jake also called again the day before the scheduled move. Brian and his associate, Chris, showed up on the earlier end of the scheduled arrival time frame, and they flawlessly completed the move within two hours. I recommend these guys. Highly. To everyone. Professional, upbeat, and timely.

Make sure everything is boxed up and ready to go. If its wood, wrap it in plastic and moving pads.

My crew gets hands on training as well as off site training. We try to keep the high score when it come's to real life game of Tetris.
