Fast, efficient, and took great care of all my items! They arrived within the agreed window and brought the moving materials they needed. They made sure to communicate whenever there were questions about packaging or packing into the pod, and I felt that my items were in good hands.

Awful! They charged me over $200 for labor they did not provide.
I had a move scheduled. I could not have the move on that day.
I canceled 24 hrs in advanced and they charged me 2 hours of labor for no labor. They also said they can not move my furniture on the future date I needed the move, (week later).
The main office was very inflexible and would not listen to the situation. DO NOT use this company! It is too much of a risk of a major cost for nothing.

Dante and Rick were excellent Packers for my PODS unit. They know their stuff and packed it up like a Tetrus puzzle. Communication was great, they showed up on time too. I've already hired them back to pack up a 2nd unit.

HIRE A HELPER IS AWFUL!
They are scammers and cheats… beware of Hire A Helper!!! My advice, find the company you want to work with outside of their scandalous money grabbing website, and hire them directly!

As a mover providing people with assurance is a good aspect of what we do. Taking care of their personal belongings and doing it well give the client and myself true satisfaction.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Safety first! There is a lot of skill involved in moving furniture. My crew is trained to maneuver well around corners and downstairs. They are trained to call out their movements to each other and to move in unison. We train to check furniture with storage to make sure shelves are not floating and to make sure items inside are not broken. We train how to properly wrap and protect furniture and items. Usually when clients see us work our experience and training speaks for itself.
