This is our second time using Moving Champ. They were just as awesome the second time as the first. Meticulous, quick, organized, clean and courteous. They are punctual and work when they are here. No furniture dings or wall scrapes. No cell phones, no goofing off. Ariel and Vernon were both top notch and we will definitely look them up for our next move. I highly recommend these guys. This was our 24th move and hands down, our two moves with them were 2 of the best that we've had over the years. Thanks guys!!

At first I thought they did a good job, but that’s because in two hours it’s such a whirlwind you’re just trying to get it done. I had to help them carry stuff down just to make sure it was under the 2 hours. But as I’ve been loading stuff on my own the days after I’ve noticed the way they packed it is horrible. There’s tons of spaces and gaps that could have been easily filled, and the way they stacked things isn’t conducive to making sure things are in securely. I had already been frustrated that they tore the “un-tearable” furniture covers I bought. It is super annoying that’s I spent time and money to painstakingly make sure my furniture was covered only to have them tear it and not say anything. I had even asked them to tell me so I could tape up any tears. Some of my furniture which I ASKED them to be careful with is already bent and I’m terrified to see how the rest comes out. I’m super frustrated since I can’t move anything on my own which is why I hired helpers in the first place. I’m not rolling in money so it’s not like I’ll be able to replace anything that gets ruined. I’m very disappointed and can only pray my furniture and things arrive safely but right now I’m not optimistic. If I could I’d ask for the $60 in cash I tipped them back.
However our crew members did inform us that you had asked/offered to lend a hand in getting the small/misc items and were not asked by them directly to assist. The job was completed in 1.5 hrs, therefore they would have had the time to get all your belongings themselves and finish in the 2 hr frame without assistance.
We always do our best to protect our clients furniture the best we can. We have a very solid reputation for doing great work, so this is not normal for us. We greatly apologize. Thanks for the feedback Samantha, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about this situation.

What really struck me about this crew was the care they took with my belongings. They made sure to check where each item should be left inside my new apartment, but what's most impressive is that I don't think they bumped a single item into anything, even though they were moving everything up two flights of stairs and through narrow hallways and doorways. They worked steadily for over three hours without a break (too long, in my opinion!) and were very pleasant, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be hiring them for my next move, and I strongly encourage you to do so as well.
