The whole process I give it 2 stars. It was easy to sign up. The movers were great. However, they were several hours late. I had trouble getting an exact time of when they were supposed to show up. The manager didn't have an answer and kept saying the movers were another job site. I kept getting the answer of each move has a 2 hour time window; but can go over. Which made it difficult because if it needs to be more than 2 hours, don't offer the time window for scheduling purposes. It was a headache.

This was the second time I used this moving team. The first time they unloaded my truck only, and that experience went well. This time they loaded, transported, and unloaded my belongings, and unfortunately the experience was very different.
Although my furniture was wrapped, the truck was not full and my belongings were not properly secured. When the rear door of the truck was opened at my destination, it was immediately obvious that items had shifted during transit. Furniture had fallen over, and several of my belongings were damaged.
I informed the manager during his follow-up call that the move was complete but that several items had been damaged. The mover on site became agitated and insisted nothing was damaged, despite having just opened the truck and seen the items that had shifted and fallen. He then began taking photographs.
The situation became much worse when the manager first demanded payment for the entire move and asked for my credit card information, even though I had already paid HireAHelper for the booking. He then demanded immediate payment for an additional two hours directly by credit card. My original booking through HireAHelper clearly instructed customers not to provide payment information directly to the movers. I explained that I would contact HireAHelper because the crew had arrived late and, based on my records, the additional time was approximately 1.5 hours rather than two.
The manager became increasingly aggressive, insisting I pay him directly and even suggesting I add the additional charges as a tip. He then told me that if I did not pay immediately, he would report to HireAHelper that the job was not complete and charge me for five additional hours.
The conversation continued until I started recording it on my iPhone. I contacted HireAHelper, but after waiting on hold for more than 40 minutes I had to disconnect because the manager kept calling me. I even merged him into the call so he could hear that I was waiting to speak with HireAHelper, but he continued insisting that I hang up and pay him directly.
HireAHelper later returned my call and spoke with the manager. They confirmed that I should not pay the movers directly, should not add additional hours as a tip, and should only pay for the actual time worked through the HireAHelper process. They also adjusted the additional time from two hours to 1.5 hours based on the actual hours worked.
One final observation: when the crew arrived, they spoke to each other in French and commented that this would be “an easy job” because everything was already boxed and there were very few heavy items. That made the damage caused by failing to secure the load even more disappointing.
I can recommend HireAHelper for resolving the payment dispute and following its own policies. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this moving company. Failing to secure my belongings resulted in preventable damage, and the aggressive attempts to collect payment outside the agreed process, including threats to falsely report the move as incomplete and charge me for additional hours, were completely unacceptable. I would not use this company again.

Prince Asong Moving Company was an absolute lifesaver.
I was put in an awful situation after being recommended the wrong size moving container for my 4-bedroom house. I thought I was going to have to throw away a large portion of my belongings because I didn't have time to get another container before my move.
These guys worked miracles. They packed my container so efficiently that I was able to keep all of my essential furniture and belongings. I honestly couldn't believe how much they were able to fit. Their experience and packing skills saved me from losing thousands of dollars' worth of furniture.
On top of that, they were friendly, professional, fast, and incredibly hardworking. They treated my belongings with care and kept a positive attitude the entire time, even under a stressful situation.
If you're looking for movers who know what they're doing, I can't recommend Prince Asong Moving Company enough. They turned what I thought was going to be a disaster into a successful move. Thank you for going above and beyond!
