The people were great, nice, and respectful however they were not experienced. I asked for two people to help load a moving container, neither one had ever done this kind of job. They didn't even know how to set up the ramp. Luckily they were receptive to guidance and moved my heavy items. Their work was not worth +$900 for 3 hour. I could have found 2 people at the near by college with more moving experience.

So to start off I completely forgot my scheduled move time. Gregg was more than accommodating and made sure his team were prepared for my late arrival. Frank and Zack were an awesome team! I was relocating due to a promotion and the first things they said was “Welcome to Washington!” They blazed through my full 20ft truck, and we had fun doing it. Would recommend for anyone who needs help!

They really did do a good job. They were very careful with my stuff.
The owner even sent out a friend with some tools because we didn't have the tools to take off a door to get my washer and dryer into the laundry room.
The only down side was- it was really expensive at $500 for the 1st 2 hours which are a minimum. Then I needed an extra hour so it ended up being $700 total. It was worth it in the end though as there was no way me, myself and I would have been able to tote all that stuff into the house in almost 100° heat. So in the end it was completely worth it.
