Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in the Richmond area. They arrived earlier than I expected which was perfect as we were anxious to begin and rain was a possibility. Everyone was friendly and courteous as well as skilled. Sam packed our U-Haul perfectly and nothing moved or fell even after a bumpy ride down the interstate. I would book these guys without hesitation.

Duck Solutions did a wonderful job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were focused on pleasing their customer and even swept the floor after they moved the furniture. They were very tuned in to ensuring nothing was damaged. They worked steadily throughout the time they were here, barely stopping long enough to take a breath. They were a tiny bit late, but were prepared to work and worked hard. They took very good care of our property and goods. They were cheerful and had good attitudes, even though they worked in light rain and cool temperatures. They did an excellent job of packing our belongings into the truck. We made a long-distance move with no damage to our belongings. We would definitely use them again.

These guys did a wonderful job. They went over on a previous job but called ahead to warn me they'd be late. I booked 2 helpers and they had a third at no charge. Worked hard and finished in a very timely manner while making sure my furniture was moved safely. Will definitely hire them again for future moves!

Service was horrible, horrible, horrible. They showed up 45 minutes late. I paid for 4 people and 3 hours of service. I got the three hours of service, but only 3 showed up ready to work and one female with house slippers with no lifting capability just talked and "supervised" the entire time. They didn't follow any instruction to get my big furniture moved first. Just a horrible experience.
Don't recommend their service.
