I have had their service before, first crew was very good the second was very slow. This service on the 21st was not experienced. They did not have the proper tools and frankly didn’t know how to move appliances One did not speak English and it was hard to direct him what to do. I was disappointed .
We sincerely apologize that our crew did not arrive with the proper equipment and that their experience with moving appliances, as well as the communication challenges, left you disappointed. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we take your concerns very seriously.

They were late arriving, scheduled at 2:00 but came at 2:38. They took less than an hour to unload the pod but not careful about where they placed things. True, space was short, but I needed to remind them a few times not to block doors or pathways.They did work very hard.They also would have benefited by bringing a heavier dolly to move the large safe.
Basically nice, hard working people, but their focus was on getting the pod empty and not so much with organizing my goods. I am grateful for their service, but I would not choose them again.

They came on time with an eta beforehand too. Good communication that made everything go smoothly. Moved all the heavy furniture. I had glass bookshelf and tv stand from IKEA and they were very careful and used extra padding for safety. Would use them again! Armen and another worker were great!

The two guys arrived on time, and were prepared to get to work. They handled all my furniture with care by wrapping with protective blankets and were very careful to handle each item with care. We would use them again for sure.

They showed up without any tools to assemble furniture. The assistant worker was on his phone a few times for personal reasons.
Over all they were ok but, they should be ready to work on arriving.
