Shamaiah and her crew are the best! We have used them twice, once in 2023 and once in 2026. Both times, they showed up on time, were prepared, and super quick at moving all of our items. No damage to any of our items and her team is always friendly and has a good attitude. Would work with them again for sure.

One of the guys kept cursing. My 75 year old mother was very offended
Trashed my hardwood floors by dragging all the furniture instead of lifting it up
I had to provide straps so they could lift stuff out the basement. Then stole my straps
Ruined the wrapping I spent 2 days on all the tables and dressers
Had to micro manage them packing the pod
If I could I would ask fit a complete refund as I had to spend a full day buffing my floors
And they damaged several walls.
Worse moving company ever. Would have given zero stars if had the option

I would never recommend them. I asked for 4 movers. I got 3 and one lady who just stood around telling me they were professionals when I told them to use the dolly we got for the heavy stuff. They scratched my hard wood. Now I have to pay thousands to get it fixed. They emptied garbage from their car in my yard. I had to tell the woman to use the blankets. All my wood furniture was damaged when they put it in the truck. They are definitely not professionals. The woman who I guess was the boss knew I was not at all happy. The scratches are so bad on my floor. If you want pictures I can send them to you!

Give a 1 out in 1 out of 10 I have 4 bed room only 1 was moved to storage my kitchen was left untouched my living room was left untouched my dining room was half done I had three bedrooms left untouched laundry room undone bathroom closet untouched kitchen half done basement not done 4 mover complaining the furniture was to heavy the came compact vehicle with no tools or dolly to move the furniture, no belts for lifting what a waste of money I had to hire a different company to complete the work don’t hire MOVEMASTERS unless you don’t want to get anything done.

Movemasters did an excellent job on our move in. The crew of four showed up promptly, had all the equipment needed for the job, and started right on time after assessing their plan for unloading. We live in a relatively challenging building, with our apartment being on the fourth floor and requiring that everything be brought up a parking ramp to the elevator. The crew got right to work and kept up a really good pace throughout the process despite it being an unseasonably hot day. We had originally booked them for two hours total but ended up going a half hour over, and the additional hourly fee was completely reasonable. None of our items were damaged during the move, and they also were thoughtful of protecting the shared spaces in the building. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
