The services today were beyond excellent those three gentlemen work their selves off. I totally recommend those three gentlemen, nice pleasant, strictly business and professional. they respected my home took very good care of the furniture, moving things out of the home. Showed up 40 minutes outside the quoted time, blaming the weather. With the time it took to get there, I assume they left for the job at the end of the quoted time, meaning they either forgot about it, or never planned to be on time in the first place.
If you are planning to use their services, don’t plan on having a tight moving schedule, or be in communication with their management and demand a discount for tardiness.

Dwight contacted me and ensured all of the information was correct. He was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The two helpers, Devon and Leslie, arrived at the predetermined time ready to work. Both gentlemen were very professional and kind. They used great care moving the items and placing them on the truck to ensure we made one trip.
I can’t compliment Devon and Leslie enough. I would not hesitate recommending them if anyone needs help. They are great workers!!

My 2 guys were amazing! They got everything done in the 2 hours allotted. They were efficient and polite and fit all the contents I needed in the 16 foot POD with room to spare.

There were 3 employees that arrived on time. They worked hard loading my belongings however I gave them instructions before they started that I possibly could be short on space on the trailer and all the large, heavy, and oversized items needed to be loaded into the trailer. I provided 20 straps to use to secure the load. They left much of the larger, longer, and heavier items toward the end and had difficulty getting them on the trailer and in the end only used 2 straps to secure the entire trailer. The items shifted during the travel and were wedged against the bulk head door because they were not secure. I have many boxes crushed and 2 tool carts broken because of the load was not secured properly. The guys did work hard lifting and carrying a lot of heavy items but could have done better in organizing the loading of the trailer and using more straps to secure the load to prevent shifting during a long distance move.
