On time, hardworkers specially under the conditions of extreme heat and humidity. Packed our 16ft. Pod so efficiently that there was not even room for a pair of gloves when they were finished.

These guys worked their butts off with grace and professionalism!
We ended up needing them twice as long as we booked, and they kept on trucking, not even wanting a break. They disassembled and reassembled furniture with quick expertise and were respectful and mindful with our things. I would hire them again, no question!

Hi,
The two guys who visited me arrived about 25 minutes late. I have a flexible schedule, though, so it wasn’t a big deal.
The young man, a pleasant and friendly guy, approached my door not wearing a mask. I firmly and politely told him he could not enter my house without one. I gave him a clean black mask I do not use, and he willingly wore it the whole time, but I think it should be a Hire a Helper/Moving Kings policy that the helpers always wear masks before expecting to enter someone’s home. I am a senior and cannot risk contracting COVID. The young man seemed not to believe COVID is a real threat. I gently gave him some facts, and he listened and did not argue. Once they started to work, they worked quickly and efficiently and did everything I asked. One of the TV wires got plugged into the wrong DVR jack, but other than that, I can’t complain about their work product. They were both friendly, hardworking and accommodating. I gave the young man my old TV and the other gentleman my old console, so they were “tipped” handsomely. I would use them again if the young man appeared at my door masked.
