1. Arrived 2 1/2 hours late -
a. The appointment was at 9AM I was notified at 9:15AM they would be late
b. They arrived at 11:30AM I had to return the truck by 1PM this cause me to have to keep the rental truck over night
2. The moving team I expected was two men. What ended up being was a man and his 4 children (approx age 6-18)
3. My $3k dresser now has scratches on the top and front even though I asked if the drawers should be removed to make it lighter.
4. The cat post is broke in two arms
5. Plastic plant bottom is broke
6. I am missing 2 of my 3 moving blankets that filled up a storage container I kept them in.
7. Upon the owners request to sign paperwork when I confronted the owner with my concerns there was an argument that included me being accused of treating him as a slave. I was appalled.
8. As he was trying to leave I had to repeatedly ask for the owner to move the last piece of furniture (a 85 lb head board) into the house. Which he and his son did eventually.

Well first of all they were on time which is a big plus. I only ordered unloading . Job was completed promptly. Even though I took a gamble on choosing them they had completed many jobs, but had little written reviews about how well they did in completing them. I would highly recommended them they wasted no time in unloading and placing my items where I wanted them. Two thumbs up!!!!!!
