Better care could have been taken of some of my items. I had my son and my best friend put things into my storage unit. I supervised that whole move. Nothing was damaged. When the guys from Smooth Move were moving them I got a "I don't know what happened we found it like this. I have been into that storage unit several times and have gotten things out or put things in and I know that that leg was not broken. I figured for 3 guys for 3 hours at that price, that I was getting professional movers. They had no respectI had a group of three guys help me move for 3 hours they did get the move done in the 3-hour time frame. However, I have a piece o
When I made the reservation and I asked the company if these were local movers to Chico I was told yes they were. It ends up that they had to drive here all the way from Sacramento which really took up a lot of my morning waiting for them to get here. They were over an hour late. With no compensation from the company. I will be filing a claim for my broken furniture.b

Company did not respond to my phone call, say the phone down and die other work while I just listened. They did not answer the phone in a professional manner. When I called back it went straight into a voicemail box that was full. I will never use this company again even though the workers did a good job.
